Today in Indiana Carly Fiorina represented the visible metaphor for the Ted Cruz campaign when she literally fell off the stage – and Ted Cruz ignored her distress.

Can’t the rest of the Trump voters (I voted for Trump five days ago) just enjoy our 1000-plus delegates and treat a fellow conservative (and temporary opponent) with respect? Sure doesn't look that way on this forum, does it?
I just hope that "United we stand, divided we fall" doesn't apply here, because I want Hillary to lose.
