I’m wondering why they were in Target in the first place? There must have been dozens of alternate restrooms in the area. Don’t like the bathroom policy? Don’t shop there.
Was Target policing who went in which restroom before all this? I think not.
It’s a stupid stand that they didn’t have to take. Now people who don’t like the stand can boycott, which I support.

We don’t shop at Target anymore, we have one near our house, its a City Target, no longer will we go to their store..this is absolutely the STUPIDEST move they could have ever done..they are inviting sexual predators they mind as well put a sign on the bathroom door saying “All sex perverts welcome” you are going to see, mark my words, a woman, a child will get raped in one of these bathrooms and you watch the lawsuits start piling up

First, note that the father narrating the video referred to the so-called right to privacy at 2:15 in the video. The problem is that the states have never amended the Constitution to expressly protect privacy in the context of PC transgender bathrooms. This is regardless that activist justices concocted the so-called constitutional right to pirvacy which they later used to help justify the likewise PC “right" to have an abortion.
But even if privacy was a constitutionally enumerated right, it remains that the Supreme Court had clarified in United States v. Cruikshank that the states have obligated only themselves and federal government, not private citizens or businesses (my wording), to respect constitutionally enumerated rights.
On the other hand, just as with state power to prohibit abortions, power which is now wrongly ignored by institutionally indoctrinated, pro-abortion activist judges and justices, the state that this video was made in might have bona-fide 10th Amendment-protected privacy laws which address privacy in customer restrooms at places of businesses, privacy laws which Target could be violating.

If the filming was supportive of Target’s policy by some SJW, I can almost guarantee they would have been stopped and leave.
