The crucial question is, who can make the case to the populace with the necessary status for the absolute necessity of stopping Barack first and foremost.

The House should begin the necessary discussion and debate as to why impeachment is a necessity.

Leading the UN without the military and financial support of the United States should be a train wreck waiting to happen.
With the proper U.S. leadership in place and all US enemies foreign and domestic facing literally an uncertain future, it is quite possible that the political winds just might change for the better.

National martial law? Unlikely. Who is going to enforce it? The entire US Army couldn’t handle 10 major cities. If the troops would even obey such orders.
