Yes. I like Marco Rubio. Yeah. I could, Trump told columnist Kirsten Powers about putting Rubio in his administration.
He was asked if Rubio was a potential vice president choice for him.
There are people I have in mind in terms of vice president. I just havent told anybody names.
I do like Marco. I do like [John] Kasich.
I like [Scott] Walker actually in a lot of ways. I hit him very hard.
But Ive always liked him. There are people I like, but I dont think they like me because I have hit them hard, Trump responded.

I think Sessions would be brought in as a legislative organizer for a Trump administration. They will have issues with both Republican and Democratic parties, and it’ll take a guy like Sessions to organize and present the focus ahead.
As governor, he has rammed through photo ID for voting but is having trouble in the FedCourts (of course, of course!). The US Chamber of Crony Commerce damn well better be satisfied with a man who rammed through Right to Work for all public employees other than cops and firemen. The USCCC greedypig bosses are lucky not to be jailed. One advantage of Trump is that he is just capable of throwing a few of them in the hoosegow for exercise.
Me too!
I think he’d be a strong Secretary of State. His knowledge of foreign policy is head over heels anyone else running.
He still hasn't named any VP names at all. He was just answering a question about whether he could see naming Rubio to "a position" in his administration, and said yeah, he liked Rubio, he liked a few other former competitors.
This is an absolute non-story. But the internet is abuzz with "Trump floated possible VP names" crapola. Gov. Walker already sneered at Trump when someone mistakenly told him Trump floated him. Trump never did.
Course we could have on the other side Clinton/Sanders...
youre kidding right?
If I'm Clinton -- and thank the Lord I'm not -- I go with Cory Booker.
OR, the new POTUS could abolish the Departments of Labor, Commerce, Edumakashun, HHS, HUD, Energy and scads of utterly useless and oppressive agencies. I’d do State and most of “Justice” as well but those are probably bridges too far. But, we gotta start somewhere,
As long as trump sends Cruz back to Texas to lose his seat in 2018. I am happy. Due to Cruz, selfish basta that he is, trump may not have a choice but pick kacich or Rubio. Cruz destroyed the country.
I suspect a lot of GOP politicians may steer away from that, especially if Trump is still trailing badly in the polls.
What does a VP do anyway unless they kill Trump
If Trump wins, how did Cruz “destroy the country”? Just because he wouldn’t want to be VOP, or vice-versa?
I was talking about Rubio, but what you say about Walker is true. Like I said in another post, I’d like to see Walker as head of NLRB and another poster upt it to Secretary of Labor. That would put a smile on my face every AM.
I don’t think Rubio would take it.
good heavens.
People who support trump need to be in psych ward never to be released. Those are some f’ed up people.
Yeah what a job they did for Cruz in Florida and Ohio. FUTC!
He seems to be a bit of a war monger, though he does have a lot of knowledge. After all the lost lives from U.S. in ME conflicts all these years and never any progress, I’m leaning towards letting them just kill each other and build a huge defence for us.
He’s stayed in to long. He caused trump not to pick the VP he wants if he needs 1 hundred delegates to wrap up the nomination. Cruz has destroyed our future due to trump possibly having to pick Kasick or Rubio.
