Despite getting drubbed in Wisconsin this week, Donald Trump has won more votes than any other Republican candidate this year. So, hes doing OK, right? Well, for all the talk that unbound delegates and quirky convention rules could prevent Trump from winning the GOP nomination, its easy to forget that Republican voters also play a part. Trumps 37 percent of the cumulative primary vote and 46 percent of delegates won so far may sound impressive, but his percentages make him the weakest Republican front-runner, at this point in the process, in decades.

What about Bob Dole?
Yeah, way behind, just like Reagan! Har de har har! Record breaking turnouts both in Trump’s meetings and the voting booths of citizens who are allowed to vote show the Trump effect. I can also name numerous former Cruz supporters who have become disgusted with Cruz and switched to Trump. GO TRUMP!
Cruznadians are drinking the Jim jones Koolaid. They’re high on barbituates ...
Maybe we should boycott their posts! Might be the best way to get rid of them. Start with 2nd Div. Vet, Kaslin, and that fish guy.

good idea
Hated by everyone except the voters.
“Nobody can ever be weaker than Romney.”

Considering that Trump is running against all the other candidates, the GOP at the state, local, and national level, the Dems, the liberal media, Fox News, the conservative pundits, National Review, Soros’ entire cast of scoundrels, the kitchen sink, and pretty much anyone else who wants to be considered someone right now -— I’m absolutely amazed that he has been able to hold his own without utter crash and burn. I don’t know any other candidate anywhere who could play this all-against-one game of political dodge ball and still be standing.
So many people get awful stomach ailments when they go on a Cruz.
Neither Trump or Cruz van win the general. Heck Trump is underwater in Utah and Mississippi. Time to sub in Ryan, Perry...Walker
Yeah-—but was hoping for something better than Soviet Amerika.
The system was rigged after Reagan to give party insiders the ability to steamroll everyone else and it was supposed to work that way for Jeb Bush, but Trump came along and blew up the finely rigged insider game.
The fact that Trump has any lead at all is practically a miracle, since this is the first time people have actually had a real choice since Reagan. However, the GOPe fully intends to rectify this situation at the convention if they can and put an end to this aberration of the natural order and destroy the renegade Trump.
