Fragmented Twitter reports so far, saying the Azeri's launched heavy offensive in along the cease-fire line. The Wash Post is reporting "Heavy fighting", but not much else.
I'm sure it is just coincidence that The President of Azerbaijan met with John Kerry in DC just TWO DAYS AGO.
