Meet Curly Haugland, former chairman of the North Dakota Republican party and current Republican national committeeman. Haugland is one of just 112 delegates who will arrive unbound to this summers Republican convention in Cleveland, free to cast a vote for any candidate he chooses on a first ballot because North Dakota does not hold a primary or caucus. That makes him a particularly valuable asset to the still-dueling presidential campaigns...

Whered Nate Silver say that?
Look up the FR post from his website, its a quote from his article.

Oily Felito is destroying his future right now. That is a good thing, as he is a fraud.
“Gope is for H1b and illegals, the hell with American STEM professionals, and high school educated and less educated workers for Cheap Labor Express Illegal Aliens.”
This ALONE makes them traitors.
Better Title:
Why a Contested Convention Will Be Suicide For The Republican Party
I just figured it out.
Cruz is being used as a tool to get Jeb the nomination.
Once they get a brokered convention, Jeb and Romney will kick Cruz to the curb.
Didnt you people get into trouble before with deliberately posting the same articles
over and over again, trying to spam the site?

He got one pulled a little earlier today by JR for being flame bait.
A contested convention that fails to nominate Trump favors a third party candidate because the millions of pissed off voters will bolt the Republican party in a heartbeat.
However, an upset in Wisconsin will substitute for the loss of Arizona.
I'm predicting that Ted Cruz will win four more states: Both Dakotas, Nebraska and Montana. More than enough for a strong second place finish but not good enough to deny Trump a majority of the delegates going into the convention.
True, but you'll never convince the brain dead Cruz supporters of that.

California is the big squishy one..how many here will sucker for someone who wants to build a wall?
I see zero signs around here for any candidate. A good sign ;-?
Let the Silent Majority vote .. In secret.. And let their conscience be this guide.. Well, those who have one in this Goldarn State.
Lots of primaries left....we shall see.

This is why if we don’t see a change in who leads this party its time to leave.
I have 4 kids just about to be adults, and these Rinos have ignored the TEA Party call for balance budgets even though the GOP benefited from Tea Pary wins giving them control of both Senate and Congress.
These useless boobs lined their wallets doing for themselves rather than us Americans who are their bosses.
They think we are stupid. 95 million Americans are out of the workforce, GDP isn’t growing, income is down $5k per earner. Work week hours are down many forced into part time pay. Deficits are going up because the Rinos won’t stop Obama.
Why vote for GOP when they do what the Dems did in Reagan’s days. Reagan said about the Dems, “They left me I didn’t leave them”. I feel that way about the present day GOP. We need a nationalist heading the GOP and a new broom to sweep out the barn.
I see zero signs around here for any candidate. A good sign ;-?

I had to make a road trip a couple weeks ago about 1100 miles. I was in seven different
states and I was amazed at the lack of political signage. Now I wasn’t off the Interstates
that much but still at stops, etc there wasn’t any indication of an election coming up. And
here were I’m living the same is true prior to our primary a couple weeks ago.
You fool! they are only using cruz.
One of the big questions now is how much money Cruz has left. He doesn’t seem to have much now, and his donors, aren’t stupid. They will eventually concede Trump and fund congressional candidates that may put up a fight againt Trump.
Only an idiot would believe that the eGOP would consider Cruz, whom they hate with a passion, over several other well establish eGOP candidates.
