“So what are you looking to do with this...”
He seems like such a nice young man.
“Whadda dumbass...”
- the Old Man
He was busted on weapons charges in his own home? Is there a law against having firearms in Nevada, or is it the fact that there was meth there as well?
Not sure I understand why celebrities don’t clean up their acts once they hit the mainstream. You’re on everyone’s radar. Why give the law reason to bust down your door?
Once a loser always a loser. This guy gets to be a star on a TV show, groupies, loads of cash and all for just being the putz that he is. All “Pawn Stars” did was delay the inevitable.
Google this guy. He has a Mazerati!
Antwaun Austin can finally move up
“Chum Lee” is the Ringo Starr of his generation, and he blew it.
Chumlee, you’re a few fries short of a happy meal
I can't stand the guy or Rick's idiot son.ME TOO! I stopped watching because of those 2 losers...I would have fired that worthless scumbag "Chum" years ago.
But overnight he got money and fame and access to women. Bad combo for a guy like him.
..Is there a law against having firearms in Nevada, or is it the fact that there was meth there as well?...
Have meth in a home? It is illegal in every state to have a firearm in the home when the occupant also has illegal drugs.
The cops apparently had a warrant to seize evidence related to a sex assault Crime. Generally, other illegal contraband found during the course of the search and scope of areas listed in a valid warrant are fair game.
Why would a sexual assault require a search? Why not just an arrest?
Then they didn’t arrest him for the sexual assault.....
Was he forbidden from having a weapon as per a felony conviction?
Not defending this clowns morality. I always figured he was hopped up.
Just that the blatant statement that they found a gun along with substance, makes it look like firearms are illegal to own... In Nevada it is far less restrictive than my home state.
Just guessing, but it is probably the presence of illegal drugs that made the weapon an issue. Possession of a firearm while committing a felony is almost always a crime in itself, even if the weapon is not being actively used as part of the original crime.
Clark county used to have registration, but that was overturned last year. I am guessing it would either be due to a past criminal history or having drugs and a weapon.
Evidently, he is a prohibited person, though I’m not sure why.
He is sort of likable but it is not even slightly surprising that he got into trouble with the law.
