The Painesville man accused of raping and killing a Concord Township woman at her home during a crime spree will plead guilty to a 16-count indictment.
In exchange, prosecutors have agreed to dismiss death penalty specifications against 36-year-old Juan Manuel Razo Ramirez, Lake County Prosecutor Charles Coulson said at a March 4 pretrial hearing.
“It was a joint agreement that the defendant would receive a maximum penalty,” Coulson told Lake County Common Pleas Judge John P. O’Donnell. “He has agreed to be sentenced to life without parole, plus 107 years.”

That bit of journalistic PC is ridiculous. Every time I see it, I know the perp is going to be an illegal or a Muslim.
Of course, if they just simply said the absolute truth, "illegal alien," or even "undocumented immigrant," they would be accused of "stirring up hate."
The left has done its damndest to make it impossible to tell the truth in this country.
