The Painesville man accused of raping and killing a Concord Township woman at her home during a crime spree will plead guilty to a 16-count indictment.
In exchange, prosecutors have agreed to dismiss death penalty specifications against 36-year-old Juan Manuel Razo Ramirez, Lake County Prosecutor Charles Coulson said at a March 4 pretrial hearing.
“It was a joint agreement that the defendant would receive a maximum penalty,” Coulson told Lake County Common Pleas Judge John P. O’Donnell. “He has agreed to be sentenced to life without parole, plus 107 years.”

It means you have to shred or burn your mail because they pick through your trash.
It means you have to be much more cautious when driving because they can turn in any direction from any lane and they don’t know what a stop sign is.
It means that if you take a bus the only thing missing from the third world are chickens.
It means that after a car accident they will flee because they never have a drivers licernse or insurance.
It means that your car will get hit while parked in front of your house.
It means your wife can’t walk alone for fear of being followed because they think she is a prostitute.

My suggestion is to spend a $1.05 for single hollow point bullet and then use it to put him down like the mangy mutt he is.

Yeah, and you can bet that the Messycan Consul or some other penny ante Messycan “fucntionary” was there telling the prosecutor that because Messyco doesn’t allow it’s citizens to be put to death for murder, that he was “obligated” to spare this cretin’s life!
Looking at his female defenders, one can only hope they experience the horror and pain his victim did. But there will probably be a pseudo documentary on one of the cable channels in a couple years providing a ridiculously one sided narrative about how the police screwed this case up. They can get him released so he can kill someone else.
