Chicago Tribune archival photo of a young man being arrested in 1963 at a South Side protest is Democratic presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders, his campaign has confirmed, bolstering the candidate's narrative about his civil rights activism.
The black-and-white photo shows a 21-year-old Sanders, then a University of Chicago student, being taken by Chicago police toward a police wagon. An acetate negative of the photo was found in the Tribune's archives, said Marianne Mather, a Chicago Tribune photo editor.

Before Jane O’Meara Sanders met her husband, Bernie, she was a self-described “Dead Head” from Brooklyn who back in 1969 slept in a tent at that year’s fabled Woodstock festival.
“I mean, listening to the music was unbelievable, but what was fun was they had—it was raining all the time so everyone was jumping in the mud, it was fantastic,” Sanders said, recalling the music festival on Monday during Bloomberg’s With All Due Respect.

The grain at the center of Bernie activism is the self contempt and rage that drives him to try to pull most Americans down to the level of LOSER that his biography shows him to be. Look at ANY still taken from ANY video of him campaigning: The bared teeth, the jutting face, the immobile rictus of rage. All the left would do, If Bern were a conservative, is put up stills of him with the line “Caption this photo” across the top. The guy is ugly inside and out.

I agree Bern should be taken with absolute seriousness but remember that he had nothing better to do than be there that day doing that. It’s the difference in nature between the left and the right. If or when The Right puts aside their lives and works and takes to the street it isn’t going to be pretty. What it means to be out there to respectively the right and left is 180 degrees out of phase.

And never could find any transcripts for Obama. Or any yearbooks. Or any teachers that remembered him. Or any students that attended his lectures on Constitutional law. Or any ex girlfriends.
I figure each super delegate vote in New Hampshire cancelled out about 10,450 individual voters. That meant Sanders was behind by 62,700 votes before the polls opened. So, Hillary’s $675,000 from Goldman Sachs was well spent buying Democrat establishment congressional members votes. Sanders needs to get better than 60% if he expects to beat the establishment in his party.
