2 personal observations today.
Hands covers in Bondoglas do not work well on touchscreens and Bondo is not a sammich seasoning.
Oh and beer and Bondo are a less than ideal mix.

IIRC Denny took 4 tires and Matt didn’t. That might have made the difference when Matt was pulled toward Denny in turn 4. Kenseth did mention afterward that he mad the move himself but weho knows?
Well Edwards recovered nicely and the whole FR league had an average day so not so bad.

Average Yahooer earned 198 points for the race. Truax saved my bacon; I thought I had the 16 and when he blew a tire I thought I was in for a long day points wise.

We now have a Saturday night service at our church. Makes it much easier for watching the race on Sunday. I still record it so I can FF through all the commercials but can start watching it much earlier.

Several articles suggest that Gibbs/Toyota will dominate this year. Their TRD appears to have earned their keep. Always seems to be an ebb and flow w/power by manufactures during the season. Let’s see what mid-season looks like. Ford certainly needs to step up their game.
Also read that (TV) viewership was down from last year. Not good since weather was perfect w/no delays.
