Spread the word to everyone. Let's see if Trump has any of the balls he claims to have. Bet he doesn't.

I’ll sign it. We’ve been under the cloud of a President whose eligibility was never contested and should’ve been for eight years. Another such election and the whole concept of “natural born citizen” will be determined without being defined. It isn’t just about Trump and Cruz. It’s something that should’ve been done eight years ago.

Put up or shut up Trump.
Or, like the man in the Good, the Bad and the Ugly said:
If you are going to shoot, shoot. Don’t talk.

Trump needs Cruz in the race to split the anti vote.

He will obliterate Cruz when he is no longer needed.

Forget my #3. It isn’t about requesting that Trump file the lawsuit. It’s a diatribe against Trump instead of a statement that we seek a decision on the matter. Replace this with a petition that’s worded impartially and I’ll sign it.

He doesn’t need to. Cruz will fade away on his own.

Petition: Trump Should Sue Cruz on Presidential Eligibility

As with the kenyan/indonesian bastard currently infesting the white hut, the "courts" would probably say he has no standing. Most likely an official from one or more of the states would have to take action and then it is questionable whether they would be granted standing or the decision made before the election.

The RNC should request documentation from candidates that prove citizenship. When we apply for a job, all of us have to prove our citizenship.

We have Cruz’ birth certificate, which proves he was born a Canadian citizen at a time when Canada did not allow dual citizen.

We do not know if his mother applied for Canadian citizenship for herself when his father did. We haven’t see his father’s Canadian citizenship papers.

We do not know if his mother applied for a CRBA for Ted at the time of birth.

We do not know if she applied later, perhaps when he got his passport. We do not know what citizenship is on the passport.

He has not shared his CRBA (if he has one) nor his passport with the American people.

When Ted provides the CRBA and passport to the RNC (and us), then Trump can decide to sue or not as to whether Ted meets the criteria of a NBC.

If Trump is smart (and I know he is), he will dangle this over Cruz for all it’s worth.

Why would he settle the matter when the Cruz campaign is not only diverting much resources to address the matter, but every-time they do address it, they put Trump (and the issue) back on a headline.

Smart politics.

I’ve said before, the very hard core Cruzers will never migrate to Trumps camp, I’ve seen it posted just today that one would rather vote for Hillary or Bernie than Trump, so there is no need to court that far far wing.

I am sure those people would vote Cruz over Jesus, claiming Jesus is a Jew, a friend of Judas and he gets donations from Democrats; therefore not pure enough for them.

This morning:

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2016/02/18/fox-news-poll-trump-leads-in-south-carolina.html

“Trump captures 32 percent among South Carolina likely Republican primary voters. Ted Cruz gets 19 percent to Marco Rubio’s 15 percent. These are the only three candidates earning double-digit support.”

Trump is winning whether he sues or not lol

Anyone can run. Anyone can RUN. There is no law saying that even a foreigner who does not hold US citizenship is prohibited from running.

One must be a natural born Citizen to serve. So the foreigner in this example could campaign and if that person won the nomination, then on to win election - THAT is when the lawsuits begin, because that person can not be sworn in to serve.

No one, other than maybe a Secretary of State, has standing to sue as things currently stand.

And to put a point on something - this is not a “birther” issue. That term was adopted to tag people who thought obama was BORN IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY. There is no question about Cruz being born in a foreign country.
