February 11 marked the thirty-seventh so-called Islamic revolution's anniversary in Iran. Since then, more than 8 million Iranians have fled their homeland to escape the rule of terror and bloodshed. I am among those who voted against this stone-age regime with their feet.
Although some observers had expected a degree of moderation after the so-called moderate president of the Islamic Republic (I.R.), Hassan Rouhani, reached an agreement with the world powers regarding the nuclear deal and the end of the sanctions, nothing has changed. Political executions by the I.R. have continued to mount. Indeed, during the past 12 months, hundreds of Iranians have been tortured and killed without any semblance of due process. The number of announced executions in Iran in the last six months of 2015 reached nearly 1,000, not accounting for secret executions that have been acknowledged by family members. In case after case, evidence reveal tortures, fundamentally flawed trials, and hangings, all in breach of international laws and standards. Amazingly, the I.R. has not faced any penalties for all its outrageous violations of human rights in Iran.
The Campaign for Human Rights in Iran in early January reported that in recent months, many journalists have been arrested prior to the "Islamic Parliament" election in Iran. The Islamic regime's horrible human rights record and its systematic violations, support of and connections with international terrorism, and defiant ballistic missile tests (which are considered a violation of U.N. Security Council Resolution 1929) since signing the nuclear agreement with the 5+1 world powers indicate that the Islamic regime cannot be a trusted partner in any international agreement.

0bama cozied up to Iran and gave them back frozen assets with no concessions from the terrorist nation that he seems to love.
Too bad we didn’t have a huge base there, like we do in Korea, Germany and Japan. This horse shit would have never happened. Thanks Obama.
i thought 8 million left since three days ago.
that would have made news.
Some Canadian based activists are saying a Shia Militia carried out an ISIS like massacre on Kurds though from the sound of it, this isn’t anything new to the Shias as well. (Massacred Yazidi slaves that ISIS had if the story is to be believed)

So, this story definitely needs more confirmation before believing it is true but something to be the alert on.
Assets which belinged to the dissidents. Obama is a supporter of genocide.
[and 85-90% of the world's Muslims are Sunni, IOW, Shiites kill twice as many per capita]
Who ever thought we would get a President dumber than Carter?
We should have wiped out those religious nut-jobs in Iran back in 1979. We are still going to have to fight them eventually anyways.
Who every thought we'd have an electorate dumber than that which elected Carter?
That's Not really a fair comparison. Carter didn't have all that many red flags. Carter wasn't an affirmative action loser masquerading as someone intelligent. Carter had actual accomplishments and very publicly proclaimed his Christian beliefs.
The parts that were wrong with Carter weren't obvious to everyone at the time. No one would have thought he would be an idiot pansy before he got into office.
With Obama, virtually everything that was wrong with him was right out there in the open for everybody to see.
No, the 2008 electorate was far stupider than was the 1976 electorate.
Far, far more stupid. I couldn't agree more.
