Yes, “they’ve agreed to surrender to authorities”, as of radio news at 7:00 MST.
They are waiting for things to begin according to the people on the Live stream.

Coalition of Western States Update
UPDATE Cliven Bundy was just arrested at the Portland Airport. The Coalition questions the wisdom and timing of Cliven's arrest given the volatile and fragile negotiation process that so far has been successful in securing the entry of a COWS representative to the refuge tomorrow to bring the situation to a peaceful resolution. This just serves to escalate the very fragile situation. We consider it an unwarranted and unnecessarily provocative action.

Appareciate your heads-up on the live stream last night, as it was fascinating to listen in firsthand as the drama unfolded and this really shows how citizens are able to bypass the media and even those like Rush or Levin who think we’re incapable of interepreting things without their help.
I understand these people were under a lot of stress and yet, without regard for the “rightness” of their cause, they were largely at fault for escalating things to the point they were. If you’ are a law-abiding citizen as Michelle Fiore kept tellilng them, then when sworn officers of the law tell you to do something, you do it. Otherwise what’s the difference between these people and the “gentle giant of Ferguson”? I do appreciate their fears about the feds being out of control etc. but it was always going to end with them giving up, and they could have avoided a lot of grief by just doing it when they were first given the chance.
They wanted people to understand their cause and rally to support them, but unfortunately I don’t think most of the 60,000 people who were listening to them on the live stream came away with a very favorable impression.
Good luck to them, it sure wasn’t worth dying for.
