The last I heard, around 3AM Eastern, they had been allowed to go inside and wait until this morning and Rev Franklin Graham and Rep Fiore

We will know the truth in a few hours when something is supposed to happen out there.
They discussed walking out at 8am this morning, 11 am eastern time.
It should resume being live though at any time now, as they were supposed to begin the surrender process at 8:00 AM Pacific time (in less than 1 hour from now).
Because as long as he sat at home, he wasn’t a threat. When he headed up there as a potential reinforcement for the Occupy crowd, they needed to stop him before he got there.
Appareciate your heads-up on the live stream last night, as it was fascinating to listen in firsthand as the drama unfolded and this really shows how citizens are able to bypass the media and even those like Rush or Levin who think we’re incapable of interepreting things without their help.
I understand these people were under a lot of stress and yet, without regard for the “rightness” of their cause, they were largely at fault for escalating things to the point they were. If you’ are a law-abiding citizen as Michelle Fiore kept tellilng them, then when sworn officers of the law tell you to do something, you do it. Otherwise what’s the difference between these people and the “gentle giant of Ferguson”? I do appreciate their fears about the feds being out of control etc. but it was always going to end with them giving up, and they could have avoided a lot of grief by just doing it when they were first given the chance.
They wanted people to understand their cause and rally to support them, but unfortunately I don’t think most of the 60,000 people who were listening to them on the live stream came away with a very favorable impression.
Good luck to them, it sure wasn’t worth dying for.
Because it would have meant digging him out of his ranch with all those armed people around him. The Feds are patient when they want to be. They knew that sooner or later they would be able to arrest Bundy with no undue fuss.

I hardly think they saw one old man as a threat. On the other hand, he was out in the open and walked right into their arms so why not? Anyone who thinks the Feds just forgot about what went on in 2014 is just fooling themselves. There's a fair amount of payback in this arrest, as well as the other ones.
The FBI was playing them when they ambushed the Levoy convoy while they were enroute to discuss surrendering the compound.
It will continue until the occupiers are dead or in custody.
The FBI is in charge. If you dont believe them, they will kill you explaining it to you.
