Woman Says McDonald’s Happy Meal Has Not Rotted in 6 Years

A woman who bought a Happy Meal from McDonald’s six years ago says the food has not rotted.

Jennifer Lovdahl says the meal of chicken nuggets and french fries has been sitting in her office for six years.

She bought the meal as an experiment to show her patients how unhealthy the food is.

Even after all these years, the food has not decomposed.

She posted photos of the food and the box it came in on her Facebook page saying on one of the pictures, “the box will decompose before the food does!”

Her Facebook post has gone viral, receiving more than 240,000 shares.

Renders it ‘unconsumable’ by everything including heat and cold - sort of like eating just deer or just shark meat without anything else to form a complete protein - just passes through but you get to feel ‘full’ meanwhile.

Yea, well, there’s also a guy who had a fruitcake his great grandmother baked over 100 years ago. He not only looked at it, he ate it.

Fruitcake is about as far from fast food as it gets.

That reminds me, I need to break open the one I got for Christmas. My brother and I have been exchanging it for 25 years. This year, it’s wrapped in plaster with some chunks of steel and a chainsaw chain embedded in the plaster.

Hmmmm, what to do for next year?

I thought the “complete protein” idea had been debunked?
