I do not know what Trump means when he says that he will rebuild Obamacare. He needs to work national healthcare within the framework of the Constitution by encouraging Congress to successfully petition the states for a healthcare amendment to the Constitution.

Interesting, listening to the video, Trump just mentioned that healthcare is going to be private. Corrections welcome.

Regarding Trumpcare, Trump supporters need to get him up to speed on the federal governments constitutionally limited powers, regulating, taxing and spending for INTRAstate healthcare not among those powers.
