To: Harmless Teddy Bear

Although I haven’t purposely tuned into current music, I do often come across it while switching radio stations, on TV, in stores, malls, from people’s cars, etc. And damn near all of it, IMO, is mediocre at best. I suspect we hit the high note on creativity and talent in the 50s, 60s and 70s, and haven’t yet figured out how to improve or even compete with it.

Sorry but most of the stuff from those decades ran the gamut from mediocre to “run away screaming” with a few bright lights of originality
Just like every other decade since the beginning of time.
