P.S. For those who are children of the '80's, Rubio always reminds me of Matt Dillon in the Flamingo Kid, hence Cabana Boy!
“Cruz with absolutely no bounce”
That is no accident.
The Trump meme about “stolen elections” killed the Cruz momentum.
Now Trump doesn’t even mention it anymore.
If Cruz is smart he will take out Rubio. The cabana boy has been coasting through these primaries without taking any hits.
Trump poll ping
Looking over this gaggle of wannabe el Presidentes anti Iowa, I was pretty well set on Cruz or Trump. Trump or Cruz.
Post Iowa, looking at the top two in the Democrat Party and the remaining 8 or 10 in the Republican Party, all I can say is;
None of the above.
The one thing I am missing in all of them is honor.
Win at any cost. Aorry folks, but I for one am sick of politicians. Jefferson was right.
Or the ppl of NH aren’t falling for the preacher act like the rubes in Iowa.
I'm just helping the MSM get their adverbs ready ...
Thanks
Anderson Cooper 36o will have second half of Trump interview on this evening. Very relaxed. Answers some questions from guests in a diner. As well as some questions from AC.
Explains insurance and why they have lobbyist pay candidates as well as his the state border artificially keep health insurance high. The man is SO knowledgable on economic issues
Dr Carson followers request that CRUZ be removed from the Illinois ballot is progressing. It’s started with SoS , then to election board, next for judicial review. Next step is federal court ( 7th circuit appellant court). Expect Gentle Ben to use the IOWA fiasco as an excuse to join as a plaintiff He certainly has grounds for injury. Almost as this is a written play. ;-). The world IS a stage
I agree. Trump never was someone of Washingtonian honor. Doesn’t bother me. But Cruz sold himself as “that guy” and took a very serious hit. Cruzers don’t want to admit it yet, but it will drip, drip, drip.
This occurred to me in discussions on Twitter;
Trump supporters: “We have these serious concerns about America.”
GOPe/Bloggers/NRO: “You’re just being childish.”
Try that with your wife.
And as a follow up:
Trump supporters: “We have these serious concerns about the country.”
GOPe: “You’re just being childish.”
Rubio/GOPe candidates: “No you don’t. You really have these OTHER concerns.”
Cruz; “And I can fix them. I haven’t done anything in the senate, but trust me.”
Looking like a nice win for the Donald. It will also give him a boost going into SC and NV.
WOOHOO!!!
GO.TRUMP.GO!!! ALL THE WAY TO THE OVAL OFFICE!!!
Loved both of his speeches yesterday, right on point, and the session with the Police Officers, first time in a long while I have seen a natural smile of those people’s faces, they know Trump will let them do their jobs...
And the plant in the audience from So. California:
‘Illegal immigrants are the backbone of our country? I donât think so, darling. You know what the backbone of our country (is)? People that came here, and they came here legally. People that came here to this country legally, and they worked their ass off, and they made this country great.’
Yeah baby, now that’s what I’m talkin about!!!
Wow. I would not call Trump an “honorable man,” but I do believe he honors his deals. However, Trump does not call himself an “honorable man” or pretend to be a saint, as opposed to the image Cruz SEEMS to want to cultivate.
Good but long article by Steyn.
“A pretty hard hit from mark Steyn: http://www.steynonline.com/7445/that-smell-isnt-the-ethanol"
“By contrast, Cruz’s unfocused ramble of a victory speech left you wondering how the hell this guy won the state.”
This should have it’s own post.
At which point you would hear from those with Cruzberger's Syndrome that Mark Steyn was being paid by Trump and had as his personal hobby interference with the Body of Christ.
