Do You Know A Single Rubio Supporter?
02/01/16

Posted on 02/01/2016 7:17:42 PM PST by Enlightened1

I'm trying to figure out where all these Rubio supporters are coming from?

Perhaps it's just me, but I don't know a single Rubio supporter?

How does Rubio, who began campaigning 3 weeks ago in Iowa, who can't even get 100 people to show up to a single rally, generate this many votes?

For the record, I've seen or known Trump, Cruz, Carson, Fiorina, Huckabee, Kasich, Hillary and Bernie.

Please let me know if you even know 1 Rubio supporter. For the record it could be you saw one when you were out and about.

I know a TON of Sanders supporters. If the election were being decided on my Facebook friends it would be over and Sanders would be POTUS.

The people I know wouldnt vote for him. I do know one guy who would. The other more conservative people wouldnt. Of course with the scare tactic by the establishment about Hillary a few would. Millions wouldnt though.

You know, now that you ask, I don’t. Don’t know a Bush supporter either. But us here at FR are not normal.

I do but the guy is undecided yet leaning towards Rubio because he burned out of the Trump/Cruz fight. His brother is for Cruz and wife is for Trump. I’m for Trump but I switched back and forth a while. Now I think Cruz is my second choice.

This is what I find ironic. Bashing Rubio , if you are a Cruz supporter why him over Carson. I believe Carson more truly conservative than Cruz. Well a lot of people isay Carson not electable. How is that different than those who don’t feel Cruz is electable so support Rubio. At end of day I will take any of those over Hillary. I think Rubio would do better. Do u want a Cruz win nomination but Hillary election?

End of day I still haven’t made a final call on Rubio vs Cruz, but have a number of conservative friends split on Rubio vs Cruz. Cruz hiding his loans ticked me off, far too smart to have forgotten. I did find it interesting that Cruz won Iowa without backing ethanol.

I prefer Rubio. I’m not a lib, establishment tool, or RINO. I think he’s learned the need for security, and that includes the border. That’s his only real flaw “Gang of Eight”, but I believe he sees things differently now. On all other issues, we are of similar thinking. I know this will piss people off, but that’s the way it is.

I would proudly vote for Cruz, or Trump, if they get the nod, but I will not lie and tell you that I see them as being in the same league as Rubio. he’s is influential, and a masterful speaker.

I know one, but I think I can convert him to a Cruz supporter. He is (at this point) the 2nd or 3rd choice of every conservative I talk to.

The socialist youth were caucusing for Bernie.

I am not surprised that Rubio did so well. I know many people who prefer him, my dad and my husband for starters. They watched the debates and have listened to him speak. They think he is sharp, eloquent, like his policies (and have forgiven him his Gang of 8 transgression), and will contrast nicely against either Bernie or Hillary.

Rubio has all the big qualifiers in a campaign.

He's telegenic.

He comes across as friendly.

He can speak well.

He will be formidable as the establishment/open borders money flocks to him.
