After yesterday, I donât see how the Broncos can muster enough scoring to beat the PanthersDitto.

As a diehard Broncos fan, I have to go with Denver’s D shutting down Cam Newton and hope Peyton has a better than average day.
It may go to OT. Please do not let it be a replay of Denver/Washington 55-10 debacle
Broncos 24, Panthers 21

55-10 was San Francisco. I enjoyed watching Elway get it good after beating the Browns the week before.

You’re right my bad.
Doug Williams whipped Elway by only 32 points. 42-10

But, then Bobby Layne will always hold the #1 spot for me.... The Lions still haven't found his replacement.

Nice analysis. Well thought. Hit on a variety of topics.
I’ll be shorter.
I can’t stand the Mannings. Go CAR. For the next 13 days, Cam Newton is Joe Montana, Johnny U. and Lou “The Toe” Groza all in one to me.
I predict another SEA-DEN-esque SB blowout, with CAR winning by at least 3 TDs. They’re peaking right now. DEN just played the best game they ever could; they’re spent. Right now Fig Newton is playing football the way Pele played soccer - on another level.

I think Denver’s best chance might be for Manning to get injured early and Oswiler to come in and throw some NFL caliber passes.

Matt Stafford is pretty good when he’s healthy.

I think Denver's best chance might be for Manning to get injured early and Oswiler to come in and throw some NFL caliber passes.Manning looked surprisingly sharp while going 4-for-6 on Denver's opening drive - but then was 6-for-14 for the rest of the half. He was 6-for-9 over the first three Denver drives of the second half - but finished 1-for-3. Maybe he needs to admit when his arm is drained and take himself out to rest and recharge?

Superbowl “L”
Superbowl L - it’s a hell of a game.
The Broncos welcome the Panthers to Superbowl hell.
The Hell Bowl.
I have no idea why they are calling in 50 - but the above would be my guess. “L” doesn’t look at cool as XXXVII anyways. I would have called it XXXXX (using some artistic license). Of course then there would be a lot of porn jokes.
