I love each and every one of you. Your candidate -- while he is one I don't necessarily support -- is an accomplished, intelligent, and patriotic American. Either Donald Trump or Ted Cruz would be a vast improvement over Barack OTrauma. I would be comfortable with a Donald Trump Presidency.
I want to take a moment and thank Donald Trump supporters for being so civil and keeping their arguments about substance, and not falling back to insults and harsh words. There is no place for that. And think of the repercussions of this Cruz/Trump fight... a house divided. Brother fighting brother. Just like the American Civil War.
I don't believe the lies coming out about Donald Trump either. I don't think for a second that he would rule as a dictator, and of course he's eligible to be President. And that little embarrassing incident in his past that is being dredged up? Old news. It's typical of the press to be unfair with Donald.
I love you all, Donald Trump supporters! You are the finest people, to a person, and you are what makes Free Republic great.
I think both of them understand that what I really want is a government that will leave me the heck alone.

Either Trump or Cruz is likely going to be the Republican nominee. That is a very good thing that we should all celebrate. A year ago it looked like the Republican nominee would be yet another moderate insider following in the footsteps of Presidents Romney and McCain.
Never forget who the real enemy is.

Those folks who thought this was some kind of co-candidacy between Trump and Cruz were very mistaken from the beginning. I think it was a vehicle for the benefit of Cruz to keep him in play.

Thank God they are pulling less than 40%. I support Cruz, but Trump has my total gratitude for eliminating the possibility of a Bush or Kasick.

Thank you Mr. Mataz for your words of truth. We are All Americans. I think both Trump and Cruz love America. One or the other for president, I’m good with. A ticket with both would be wonderful. Trump as President...the bulldog out front giving hell and taking names. Cruz in the background as VP. Using his knowledge heavy hitting, working with congress. Both men using their individual talents in tandem making America great again I can dream.
