Saudi Arabia's execution of 47 'terrorists' in one day including top Shiite cleric triggers wave of protests across Middle East and around the world
Saudi Arabia has executed 47 people convicted of 'terrorism' today, including a prominent Shiite cleric behind anti-government protests, according to the interior ministry.
Shiite Sheikh Nimr al-Nimr, a 56-year-old cleric was a driving force of the protests that broke out in 2011 in the Sunni-ruled kingdom's east, where the Shiite minority complains of marginalisation.
Scores of Shi'ite Muslims marched through the Qatif district of Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province in protest at the execution of cleric Nimr al-Nimr, an eyewitness said.

Whatever they did, they won’t do it again...
“Somebody’s doing the beheading!”
I’d hate to be one of the last ones, you just know the executioner was getting tired.
Yet not one candidate for President is speaking out against our supporting their agenda.
Bad guys vs bad guys, and western civilization is committing suicide by inviting them to live among us.
What a waste. Hussein could have traded them for deserters!
“It’s getting hard to tell who the terrorists are these days. “
The terrorists wear black. The goo...non-terr...not as bad guys? Well, the ones attacking us, wear black. The ones attacking their own citizens wear...uhm...uh...Okay, the terrorists yell Allah Akbar, the non-terrorists yell, uhm...All right, then, we don’t buy oil from...no that won’t work either. Sigh, okay, you got me.
“........western civilization is committing suicide by inviting them to live among us.”.....
“We, The People” are NOT inviting them in, the Muslim bastard in charge is the one opening to door. There are many of us who are NOT and WILL NOT accept them.
hey libs, respect cultural diversity
Suck it up
That's easy - anyone who endangers the status of the petrodollar.
-—Seems like Saudi Arabia is on the wrong side of a lot of things.-—
SA just killed off a bunch of people trying to overthrow the kingdom...
Not sure how they are on the wrong side here...
Iran is funding these elements...what’s worse, SA or Iran controlling more of the petro...?
These is no good answer to that question, but long term the Kingdom of SA is lesser of two evils...
Once again, Islamophobia rears its ugly head!
Why don’t they require background checks for guns? Obama says it will work here.
None of our business. Let them sort it out. What's worse is that our gov cares more about them than defending our own country from invaders.
The execution of prominent cleric Sheikh Nimr al-Nimr on Saturday will mark the end of Saudi Arabia’s government, said Nuri al-Maliki, Iraq’s former prime minister and a prominent politician with ties to Iran.
“We strongly condemn these detestable sectarian practices and affirm that the crime of executing Sheikh al-Nimr will topple the Saudi regime as the crime of executing the martyr (Mohammed Baqir) al-Sadr did to Saddam (Hussein),” said Maliki, referring to another prominent Shi’ite cleric killed in 1980.

Let them kill each other off, so we don’t have to.
good, I’m all for shiites and sunnis figthting each other and all other muslim factions as well. The more they hate and fight among each other the less they will pay attention to us.
Anti-government = terrorists in these 3rd World crap holes and that is exactly what Queen Putt and the DemonRatz want to do here.
I had a friend from Syria back in the 1970's. He told of two guys convicted of raping a 12 year old little girl.
Public executions - the Executioner was standing there with his "workday" sword, prisoner kneeling at the chopping block. Then they brought out the victim and the crowd gasped and began to murmur.
The Executioner turned, walked over to the side of the raised platform, leaned his very, very sharp "workday" sword against the wall and picked up his "ceremonial" sword. All fancy engraving, chromed, tassels and all. And duller than a butter knife.
My friend said it took a number of whacks to complete the job.
