Check out The Man in the High Castle - an Amazon series on what might have happened if the Axis Powers had won.

But will be revived by tonight’s “sudden and deliberate attack” on the 2nd Amendment rights as written in our Constitution.... by the very same party that allowed Pearl Harbor to happen. The party of progressive socialist Franklin D. Roosevelt, and the party who thinks it is far better to restrict the rights of upright, patriotic, non-criminal Americans... to protect us from a foreign invader they will NOT even identify, until their “Reichstag fire” moment. We won’t bite ths time, Franklin (and Eleanor’s descendant, hitlery)

One of the more interesting things that has surfaced in the last 20 years is that while we sank a Japanese midget sub at the mouth of the harbor on, I think, the evening of Dec. 6, there were at least two others that successfully got in the harbor and added their torpedoes to those of the airplanes.
I show students a photo taken seconds after the attack started and you can see torpedo wakes in the water, two geysers hitting (I'm guessing the Oklahoma) and then two wake circles, which appear to be torpedoes whose gyros have gone out and are circling.

I looked up the series on Wikipedia. I won’t watch it, probably because I’d get too angry.
Matt wrote a great series about something similar, but taking place in modern times.
