Texas Drops Request for Restraining Order in Syrian Refugee Resettlement Lawsuit
Breitbart Texas ^ | 12/04/2015 | by Bob Price

Posted on 12/04/2015 4:47:20 PM PST by Rusty0604

The Attorney General of Texas has withdrawn his request for a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) against the federal government to block them from placing a group of Syrian refugees in Texas. The move comes after Attorney General Ken Paxton claimed the federal government provided as yet unspecified information about the refugees who are set to arrive in Texas.

Breitbart Texas reached out to Governor Abbott’s office for a reaction to the TRO withdrawal. A response was not immediately available.

UPDATE: The following was received from Katherine Wise, Deputy Press Secretary for Attorney General Ken Paxton:

As a result of our lawsuit, the Obama Administration informed us for the first time that these specific refugees pose – in their determination – the lowest-level security risk to Texans. While we continue to have concerns about the federal government’s screening process, we appear to have a seat at the table for the first time, but we will continue to press the Court to ensure we can voice those concerns.

Therefore what? Yes, the Syrians will be coming, or no, they won’t? I’ll go back and re-read later.

It's all Kabuki. Most Republican politicians love Barack Obama more than wanting to serve their constituents. B. Hussein wants Muslim terrorists in our country, and the Republicans are simply say, "Thank you sir, may I have another?"

The blood of innocents is on the hands of every politician who lets those Muslim murderers into our country.

The United States sold scrap metal to Japan in the 30’s. On December 7, 1941 Japan began returning the scrap metal as bullets, bombs, and bayonets. Before long the “refugees” will return the favor done to them in their own way. The United States of America will go down in history as the first Nation to commit National suicide. Betrayed and stabbed in the back by its leaders. For reasons only they know.

Betting they are Christians.

B.O. probably had to agree to take some to save face.

Texas just rolled over for 0bama? What??? We no longer have anymore hero’s. Where’s John Wayne or Randolph Scott or Jane Freeze or Nell O’Day or Peggy Stewart?? Where’s Bruce Willis or Sly Stallone or Jason Statham??? We’re on our own.

The United States sold scrap metal to Japan in the 30’s.

And after the war the armaments were loaded onto transport ships. I've heard that someone asked one of the captains where the hardware was going. He said, half to Korea and the other to Vietnam.

I believe the above story to be true. The world is a complex place and the United States doesn't appear to be in charge.

Right now I’m in shock. Texas has always been the state that wouldn’t roll over to the fed’s, like they’re talking about seceding and all that but now ????
