Ms. Coulter thinks that if she takes out Cruz all of his supporters will flock to Trump. She’s wrong. I would blame Trump and never vote for him no matter what. I won’t vote for him anyway. My litmus test is not met with Trump. Period.

That’s a lot of words, and I never doubted that Cruz was a citizen. I don’t think anyone doubts he is a citizen. The only thing people doubt it is whether being born a citizen is the same as being a natural born citizen.
It is very annoying to see US citizenship cheapened by the Marxists running our government and courts. Natural Born Citizen used to mean two (not same sex) US citizen parents and born in the USA. Exceptions being diplomatic core and military. That of course was back in the day when it was illegal in the USA to have dual citizenship. I miss our pre LBJ country, sad to see that now anyone born anywhere with a parent claiming to be American citizen can stand for the presidency. This is not going to end well.
See my post #100. The Rats didn't go after McCain, but rather, to protect Obama. Look who introduced this resolution. It included Obama and Clinton. If you look at the Tribe-Olson opinion I linked to earlier, you will see that Obama is mentioned in the opinion as someone who is an NBC because he was born n US soil. This resolution indirectly ruled that Obama was also eligible.
This issue needs to be resolved by SCOTUS ASAP.
What you stated as the good old days was never true. Citizenship status was dealt with in the first Congress, by the same men who wrote and ratified the Constitution. There are two types of citizens, natural and naturalized. Natural as defined by the same men who wrote the Constitution is citizen from birth. What you describe has never been the case in the United States from 1789 till present.

No, that was never true.
Prior to 1965ish it was illegal for a US Citizen to have dual citizenship. So young Ted would have to choose US or Canadian. Anyone that has legitimate dual citizenship is not (IMHO) a natural born citizen. Someone pointed out that Germany considered a child born to American parents on American bases as German that is not (again IMHO) legitimate and such a person should not have to take any action to affirm there NBC status.

The point is, these guys, the House included, are the problem. Just because they run for higher office doesn’t mean that they are suddenly the solution..
He has to be NBC according to the founders original intent. Getting away form the founders original intent is what gives us same sex marriage, IRS and the EPA.
For what it is worth, when we have an Article Valley Convention of the States, one of the amendments should be a definition of “natural born citizen”.
The qualifications for president should include
A. Born in US
B. Both parents US citizens at the time of candidates birth
C. Never relinquished US citizenship, nor held dual citizenship with another country
NP. Most of Washington DC is the problem which why I would like to see someone not associated with DC to elected president. Time to clean up the mess in DC.

Like I said, I really don’t remember. It may have been that it mattered to the German government. I only recall paperwork having to be filled out, signed and sent off. That was twenty plus years ago. Being military dependents you get used to forms, you just fill them out and forget them.
This issue sure is bringing out the haters of our constitution.
Scream all you want, Cruz was born in Canada to a mixed Canadian/America parents. He is not NBC, know no doubt the Marxists courts will rule he is since the Marxists court hate the US Constitution too.
