Well for those of you who live in the upper half of the mainland, by now you already know how cold it will be five to ten days from now. Some states even pushing the 20's at night. Now, didn't some of the far left turkeys claim that Global Warming is real and end the argument already? OK, tell that to the residents of every state from Washington to New York.
Very southern Michigan. Our Wisteria has a lot of blossoms on it. The buds on the maple trees are set.
man... first it’s same sex marriage, then what you want to do...what’s next ?
and when Summer comes in May, we will hear that the 20 degree change in the weather was caused by us rich white racists driving caddilacs and SUV’s !!!
-2 here in Eagle River, Alaska tonight. Par for the course though. Was doing laundry tonight. Threw clothes in drier. Checked on them after about 30 minutes. Clothes were wet and steaming. Lint everywhere. Went outside to check the vent. The flap had frozen shut. Had to break the ice off. Drier worked fine afterwards. Bitter cold here!
Just like REAL ESTATE, the WEATHER is all about LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.
Snow here the other day. Woo-Hoo! Bring it on!
No complaints here in Buffalo. Seeing last year at this time we were buried in 7 feet and had the coldest winter on record.
Huge storm moved across the west this morning, from San Diego to Seattle. I’m sure it will be dumping on the Sierra, Wasatch, and Rockies. It was followed by a cold front with constant 20-30 mph winds and gusts to 40s here on San Fran Peninsula. Great afternoon for a walk in the hills, but had to just about lean into the wind. Low 40s tonight.
I can’t wait to see if the ice extent for the Great Lakes reaches an all-time high this winter.
Put sweaters on them!
Better yet, I think I will get me some polar bear pelts.
not a super expensive fix, only ~ 20 bucks, but still, you gotta take the back off, get the part, install, blah blah.
We've been running 15-20 degrees above normal since maybe September.
No, not in S/E Montana...
cold, snow and eh, winter.
(actually, the snow here if very “dry”, hardly need a shovel, just a broom. Had harder FROST on my windshield back east)
“Itâs a pretty comfortable 79 degrees here now in Delray Beach. Nice breeze going on too”
Hush your mouth, we’ve got enough Northerners moving down here as it is, don’t need anymore.
I too welcome the warmer winters and longer summer growing seasons that global warming will bring.
However, Sunday's events in Lambeau Field might presage hell freezing over.
“who really thinks a ten day forecast means anything about climate?”
They’re out there, that’s for sure!
Things should be heating up in Frisco over the beating the cops gave to that criminal who led them on a high-speed chase.
