From Friday's program: (11/13/15 13:40)
I want to say something briefly and then I'll move along. If Donald Trump continues to attack Ben Carson the way he is currently attacking Ben Carson, I have to affirmatively oppose him. I like the man very much, but the absolute reckless, personal assaults on Ben Carson, who's one of the most decent men you could possibly know. And I only know him from the public airwaves --a truly accomplished man, is simply unacceptable to me; unacceptable to me. I've never heard this kind of slurring of a man of great integrity. That's number one.
Number two, a warning to Marco Rubio. If your little hit squad and your opposition research team is going to put out edited videos of Ted Cruz and lie flat out about the amendment process that took place and suggest that your support of the Gang of Eight and Ted Cruz' adamant opposition to it means that you both were on the same page I can't accept that either.
You've taken your position on the air and otherwise, as I told you some time ago it was a huge mistake, now you have to live with it. But that doesn't mean that Cruz has taken your position. Rejected, not all, but most of your position. That was your decision. Now live with it. But don't smear somebody else and don't think that we're so stupid that we don't know how the amendment process works in the United States Senate.
I had these two men on this week and I'm really troubled and frustrated by what they're doing.
Did he really? I haven't listened to Savage for awhile. Last impression I had was that Savage loved him.
That one slur reported that Carson was like a pedophile is over the top.
I cringe at Carson myself, but don’t say that Donald.
Holy shit - this thread is already hillarious.
Mark is getting a taste of what moderate muslims face when they eschew ISIS - either you’re with them, or you’re with the infidels.
There was another thread discussing Levin’s remarks yesterday. I said there he was wrong on Trump, but correct regarding Rubio. Trump may have been inartful describing Carson’s personae, but correct about Rubio’s mischaractization of Cruz’s position on immigration. Ben Carson is a great surgeon, but a very odd duck. The most obvious example is to have a painting of himself with Jesus, in his house. But also the talk about the adolescent violent incidents, which Carson himself described as pathological.
I think Trump was slapping the voters in the face to wake them up more than personally attacking Carson. He was basically saying, ‘look at this guy, why would you vote for him?!’ ......example....example...blah blah....’wake up voters! You are idiots if you vote for this guy, he’s got some issues!’
Yes. Getting hard to follow the fickle.
Anyone who attacks Ted Cruz is not on our side. Notice how Trump and Cruz have resisted attacking each other. Hint, hint.
Mark Levin just isn’t willing to betray conservatism to make a couple of pathological truth molesters happy.
I called Mark out for exactly these things on his Facebook page and found myself banned the next day from making comments on his posts. Mark has some good ideas and can be entertaining, but i find him to be a fraud too.
I think Mark is doing Trump and Rubio a big favor. I could care less about helping Rubio, but Trump needs to either extend or start listening to some other advisers that help him take full advantage of the huge microphone he now has.
I suggest he take a weekend off and spend with Rush Limbaugh and get some “inside baseball” type of info on the issues and people. Or perhaps spend a weekend with Sarah Palin and some other true believers such as Mark Steyn.
Trump has made waves and done a lot of good for the people so far, but he can do even more by taking on some advisors that are unique as himself.
Carson belittled Trump's border wall and immigration plan ages ago, and did it again the day following the last debate.
This is what happens to the person who dares to criticize Messianic Trump.
The thread should be saved, if only for comedic purposes. Need a laugh? Drag it out and peruse, lol.
You are right on, I think Carson is a bit odd and maybe has a bit of a God complex.
I think you are right. People ignore red flags. Trump waves it in your face.

Agreed, or else Trump will become Tump, and I do not want to see that. I believe that Trump and Cruz would make a fine ticket.
Your theory has merit. Of course Trump is a breath of fresh air, and pundits just don’t get him sometimes. Maybe it just me. My father is the son of German immigrants, and my mother was strongly influenced by her paternal grandmother, who was Scottish ancestry. So maybe I get Trump in a way that is cultural more than most. My wife is from Eastern Europe (Russia) and in another coincidence, I have a son named, Eric.
As vicious as Obama supporters......
I don’t think Mark is a fraud, I think he is a true conservative and a great man who has done far more to save our country than I.
We can disagree sometimes and this is not as big of a deal as people are making it out to be. I totally disagree with Levin, Trump needs to keep being Trump. If Trump tries to be someone he is not, then he will fail. Look at Jeb, he is constantly shape shifting to try to win favor. When he gets tough and assertive, he looks ridiculous because he is naturally a giant pussy.
Just what is the point!?!? A line like that (or mocking Fiorina’s face) will only lose votes.
