I want to say something briefly and then I'll move along. If Donald Trump continues to attack Ben Carson the way he is currently attacking Ben Carson, I have to affirmatively oppose him. I like the man very much, but the absolute reckless, personal assaults on Ben Carson, who's one of the most decent men you could possibly know. And I only know him from the public airwaves --a truly accomplished man, is simply unacceptable to me; unacceptable to me. I've never heard this kind of slurring of a man of great integrity. That's number one.
Number two, a warning to Marco Rubio. If your little hit squad and your opposition research team is going to put out edited videos of Ted Cruz and lie flat out about the amendment process that took place and suggest that your support of the Gang of Eight and Ted Cruz' adamant opposition to it means that you both were on the same page I can't accept that either.
You've taken your position on the air and otherwise, as I told you some time ago it was a huge mistake, now you have to live with it. But that doesn't mean that Cruz has taken your position. Rejected, not all, but most of your position. That was your decision. Now live with it. But don't smear somebody else and don't think that we're so stupid that we don't know how the amendment process works in the United States Senate.
I had these two men on this week and I'm really troubled and frustrated by what they're doing.
“Why is Carson all of the sudden the golden child who should be handled with kid gloves?? There are going to be media and world leaders speaking ill about him everyday if (snort) he becomes POTUS. I have to disagree w Levin. Let’s stop feeling the need to hold back or apologize. That’s half the reason we are in this mess.”

Even conservative talk show hosts but into the liberal agenda of political correctness. But only for our side - liberals can do and say anything they like.

Most every other talk show host or conservative figure will not ban someone from their Facebook page for posting disagreements or criticism’s like Levin does. I have at times posted criticism’s on other Facebook pages that was far worse than I did on Levin’s and other than catching a little flack from others was never banned.
I went back and saw many of the posts critical of him for protecting Carson were also removed.
I will still listen to his show, but will not visit his Facebook page again.

I have a different read than Mr. Levin. Trump scares the left because he is willing to say just about anything, if he considers it the truth or a subject worth questioning.
He will no doubt bring up EVERYTHING with Hillary- starting with cattle speculations and Vince Foster. He’ll bring up Bill’s affairs. He’ll bring up her allowing an ambassador to die.
All other candidates will be PC and let these issues go. At least, that’s how I see them. While Donald will go for the jugular by bring up issues everyone is thinking about but afraid to say. (we really are much closer to 1984 than anyone thinks.)
Fantasy writer, I agree with you. Levin is definitely a vane, insecure bully who cannot handle criticism, especially from the right.
Levin has indeed when on neutral ground where he had no control attacked people’s character when they get the better of him instead of try to challenge their points.
Levin makes his own case that he is thin skinned. Imagine taking the time to go through the comments and delete all the criticisms. He’s overreacting more than a little, isn’t he?
I’ve heard people claim Trump is thin skinned. He let’s all his negative comments stay up, however, and I have not heard of anyone being banned.
Of course Trump has the advantage in that his negative commenters sound like deranged lunatics. Their bizarrely crazy insults probably help Trump a lot more than they hurt him.
That is Levin’s problem. His detractors sound immanently reasonable, make good points and raise excellent questions. Ergo, they and their comments have got to go. Sad.

The gorgeous cook Nigella Lawson once actually YELLED at me when I suggested something about her tv show. But she didn’t ban me. I guess this is Levin’s way of saying “Get off the phone, you big dummy!”

Read my post. I did not say that Trump should seek support of Rush. I said he should get some strategic advice.

Levin doesn’t want any of the good guys attacking any of the other good guys. The left hasn’t a damned thing to do with this issue.
Carson is not a “good guy” and Trump’s job is to win, not to make buddies with his nearest rival. Especially one that loony.

You like him being an attack dog for certain opponents, then fall into a puddle of self-righteous demanding he not go after THIS guy because it’s now a BAD thing for no other reason than folks like you have developed some soft-spot for Carson. Why? because he says stuff about Jesus a lot?
It is he chief primary rival. What the hell do you expect him to do?
