Sorry - didn't mean to insult Colts fans - I was talking more in terms of the organization - the owner, GM, and let's face it - Pagano, although kudos for taking the fight to cancer, is tactically deficient - and his players deserve better.
His players and many others around the league really love and respect the guy. He just needs a few better players to work with in their various weak spot positions. I definitely would not want to see him replaced, and I've been a Colts fan since 1971.
