Cheese is addictive like drugs ay? So when does the FDA label it a ‘controlled substance’? Then it will require a prescription to purchase it. Then the illegals start sneaking it over the southern border. Queso por la gringos norte americanos pero mucho dineros por favor.
Complete bull$hit.
Casein - cheese excitotoxin
The 6 Most Dangerous Excitotoxins
This protein compound occurs in cheese at naturally high levels. 20% of casein is glutamic acid which makes for a tasty treat; however, it also increases glutamate overload. Casein is often used by food producers to improve flavor, although it is also frequently used to increase protein levels in fitness products.
Look up excitotoxins sometime, it isn't all that good for you.
mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm that looks so good
I’m a cheese addict and proud of it!
This is why Obamacare and any replacement resembling it on concept -- Hillarycare, Romneycare, Trumpcare -- MUST be repealed and put down the garbage disposal.
Horse-manure "studies" like these will be used to justify ham-fisted control over what we eat in the name of the People's Health, for which the government now takes responsibility, cradle to grave, and insists that YOU pay for it by buying health insurance that you probably neither want nor need.
People who laugh now at this fear as paranoid, need to wake up. Once upon a time, not very long ago, the idea of an elementary school having bathrooms for "transgender" students would have been considered a joke in very bad humor, or the idea that any bakery in America would be punished by the government for refusing to bake a cake for a homosexual "wedding," totally paranoid and silly.
I am 58 years old, have been addicted to drugs including alcohol, and have enough life experience under my belt to know that any claim that "cheese is as addictive as drugs" is pure, total hogwash. One hundred percent bullsh*t. And because it is such bullsh*it, it means that there is another agenda or motivation at work behind this study. And it's a bad one that promises misery and enslavement.
Sometimes believing the bullcrap of the medical establishment is WORSE for you than any “dangerous excitotoxin.”
Thank you.
People who believe this study are gullible beyond belief and/or have extremely limited experiences with lactose-tolerant folks who like cheese.
Gouda.
Havarti.
Fontina.
Asagio.
Parmesan.
Provolone.
Swiss.
Muenster.
American, yellow and white ...(yea, i know).
Colby Jack.
Mozzarella strings.
All good, all the time, with moderation, and possibly, a nice cup of coffee.
LOLOLOL!!! {^) Very good!!
I eat cheese in abundance.......full body milk in cereal...and lots of real butter on whatever I choose....and pretty much anything else I want to eat. My health is just fine.
You want the best nutritional information? Then find out what a mentally and physically health person in his/her 90s has eaten all his/her life, and imitate it. Nowadays I pretty much eat the way my great grandmother ate -- modern medicine and clowns like the ones behind this study, are saying that her diet should have killed her by the time she was 40; she lived into her late 90s and kept the books for a large company up until a few years before she passed. Her brain and body were in excellent shape.
Eat smart, be smart. Eat stupid, be a chronically ill pain in the ass.
Amen. Me too. And I finally wised up to the stupidity of non-fat dairy — WRONG WAY to go. I listened to my wise ol’ ma when she advised I switch from non-fat milk to whole milk about a year ago (after drinking non-fat for about 40 years), and I almost immediately lost 4 lbs (significant on my petite frame), presumably because the nutrition from the fat in the milk helped my body to process everything better. The weight has stayed off.
Pusher!!! You probably hang around elementary schools with your Swiss cheese eggs and omelettes!!
Anyone looking to score some Velveeta? I know a guy.
Thanks for the deep belly laugh!!
I have spicy pepper jack and colby in the fridge. Perhaps a slice of each for a sandwich on the grill...
And I've done grilled cheese with baby Swiss and rye. Also tasty.
They’ve cut out that scene from the trimmed versions they show on TV - the “let the juices drain down” or whatever.
They also cut the scene where Newman arrives in the black NSX, sliding around the corner.
I call them the short short short versions.
LOL!!!
