It’s the work of some artist with the screen name CoNuNDRuM-OwNs. I just tonight came across it searching for images using the search terms “planet destroyer”. It’s titled, what else, “Planet Destroyer”.

If you hover your cursor over the image, you will see that it is from someone’s Photobucket account.
There really isn’t much information in the link, except that it is supposed to be a humorous image.
