My Dad is going to die. The hospital say it could be anytime within the next 48 hours.
If you can, could you pray for him and for me.
Thanks.
Going to pray right now.
God comfort and strengthen you and your family, and may your dad pass easily into His arms.
My Prayers for you and your family for comfort st this time
May you and your father both find peace.
May the good LORD comfort and bless you in this time of need.
Amen.
Prayers and hugs.
I am praying for your dad and for you during this most difficult time.
Prayers for your father, and your family
Prayers for you and your family.
Prayerful Bump.
Prayers for your Dad, you, your family and all concerned.
My heartfelt prayers for you.
Been through that too many times already.
Prayers for you and yours Lucy.
Prayers up! At least you know in advance and can prepare and be with him. My dad died in 1995, sudden heart attack, 200 miles away. That is a pain I would not wish on anyone.
Done
Dear Lord,
We lift up these your children, to your loving care.
Look with favor on he who is soon to depart. Fill him with a sense of your blessed peace. Help him and his family to “Fear not!” Be with him and his family as this transition approaches and occurs.
You know us since before we are born, and your love transcends time. Surround each one now with your love and hope. You are immanent, everywhere in our lives. Help them now to feel that immanence. Let your Angels guard and guide them, ministering to their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
Into your everlasting arms we commend this family. You taught us that what when ask will be granted to us; what we seek, we shall find; when we knock, you will open doors for us. Grant these, our prayers, in the name of Jesus Christ, your Son, whose victory over death we bravely recall.
Amen!
Prayers up for you all.
Prayers for your father and for you and your family.
Be assured that you, your dad and your family are in my prayers.
This is to all, thanks, it’s greatly appreciated.
We just got back from the hospital about an hour ago, been there since lunchtime, very exhausted.
My Dad is hanging on, but it’s not good, he’s not conscious, heavily under Morphine, but I know he could hear us, there were little reactions.
We got the priest to the hospital at about 10pm and we all prayed for my Dad and for us, the priest will be there each day until it’s time.
I feel very confused at being so helpless to do anything. I’m obviously emotional, at the same time the whole thing is very surreal because I can’t believe this is happening.
Again, thanks for your prayers and wishes, I send you all hugs.
