Survivor: Cambodia Second Chance is the 31st season of Survivor (for those unfamiliar with the show, there are two seasons each year). It begins Wednesday, September 23, 2015 on CBS at 8/7c.
I'm sorry for the late ping. I've been waiting - in vain - for CBS to finish updating the Survivor page. According to my DVR setting, the season premier is going to be a 90 minute episode.
The producers selected 32 previous cast members - 16 women and 16 men. The selection criteria were that (1) they have played before only once, and (2) have never won. From this list, fans voted for their 10 favorite women and 10 favorite men. The finalists were announced on the Survivor finale on Wedneday, May 20, 2015.
Survivor exclusive: Immunity idols to be hidden at challenges this season
The players range in age from 22 to 55. Seven are from California, with four from Southern California. Two each are from New York and North Carolina. One each are from Arizona, Connecticut, Illinois, Oregon, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Missouri, Texas, and Washington (state).
Bayon Tribe (magenta buffs): Andrew, Ciera, Jeremy, Joe, Kass, Keith, Kimmi, Monica, Stephen, Tasha
Takeo Tribe (green buffs): Abi-Maria, Jeff, Kelley, Kelly, Peih-Gee, Shirin, Spencer, Terry, Vytas, Woo
Cast bios - unfortunately, this has not yet been updated for the new season. :(

Standing by for next season.
It was very enjoyable. Many twists and blindsides. Shifting alliances. Tribe shakeups. Idols in plain sight.
Personally, I would have voted for Spencer, but Jeremy was not an unworthy winner.
I'm going to give it a go again next season.
Thank you EveningStar for keeping this going and all the work you put into this site each week. Merry Christmas!! See you next season.
My F3 played out just like I thought it would and Jeremy winning. Wish it had been Spencer but he lost the jury with all his ranting at TC. Keith would also have been a better winner than Jeremy but the jury voted for the new baby.
Thanks, Star for hosting the ping list again. It was a pretty good season. Two months until the next season! Don’t know that I like the new players they showed last night. They seemed awfully full of themselves. Wow, that one gal who’s had every job on earth.
Immunity Idol status: Jeremy and Kelley (Wentworth) played their idols.
If you want to be added to or removed from this ping list, please let me know.
Thank you for hosting this again, a great season. Spencer played from the bottom for much of the game, and I honestly think he was the best survivor; Jeremy put it together when he had to, and of course, played all the right cards at the final jury vote.
All in all, extremely satisfying.
That tribal though... No votes cast, that was awesome.
I do not look forward to seeing Big Brother 16’s contestant Caleb aka “beast mode cowboy” .
FYI , for those who do not get ew.com Dalton Ross rankings all Survivor seasons http://www.msn.com/en-us/tv/gallery/ranking-every-season-of-survivor/ss-BBnFqDS
I’m not into BB but do watch it in passing because the family watches it so had to go look up who Caleb is and didn’t catch it was him in the preview. Ugh, he’s was creepy. Agree, not looking forward to him polluting the beach.
It looks like another Homo Promo, so I won’t be watching.
