A new report claims the United States’ education system is seeing minority teachers quitting at an alarming rate. Experts cited by the Washington Post claim it is possible a history of racism and income disparity might explain why some black teachers are quitting their jobs, but others believe the new standardized curriculum like Common Core and the inability to apply child discipline may have frustrated these teachers.

Reading these headlines feels like reading about how the nazis in wwii were going to launch all sorts of super weapons and kill hordes of innocent civilians just prior to them being bombed into the Stone Age.
They will have to scramble extra hard over the next few months to implement any of their more recent nightmare policies. They are going to be tossed into the streets next election.

Educated Blacks that haven’t been exposed to the inner-city hell-holes much, find out that once they get to the classroom, they are exposed to the little monsters that the college profs told them that Evil, Conservative White people created.
They quickly realize that it was all bull, and that getting a FedGov job is much easier, while paying better.
I’ve seen this happen, more than once. Black women tend to stick it out, more than Black men do.

You are right. Democrats have removed all that income disparity especially in a profession where they own it. That could never be. Must be a mistake.

It is more likely they can’t pass tests required for teachers and/or are tired of the chaos caused by Black thugs in the schools.
