Yes, that is the quote, but she was describing the video that she said they should watch. And, that’s what was on the video. That the comment was not specific to the baby being shown isn’t really material to what she said.
She was quite precise, accurate and effective in her statement.
(But she’s probably about #6-8 on the list of candidates I’d support.)

In order for them to refute the claim they have to draw attention to the videos. Videos that a vast majority of the American people have never seen as the MSM has all but ignored them.
The more people who see the videos the easier it is to sell the idea of cutting funding to Planned Parenthood. Remember the fight isn’t about abortion per say. It is about the use of government funds, $500,000,000 in Federal Funds alone, going to Planned Parenthood.
Anyone who sees those videos finds them shocking to their very core as they are incredibly disturbing.

Her impression, as was mine, was that when she saw the fully formed baby on the table while the girl was talking about how she was instructed to cut up a baby while it’s heart was still beating was that she could see it happening.
She saw it. I saw it. I pictured it in my mind as clear as if I was in the room.
It made me sick.
For anyone to criticize her because what she saw was not on the film, they would have to view the film themselves and not just talk about it.
I dare planned parenthood to challenge her on this. If they do then they will have to show the film to the public.

I think you are technically correct, but I wonder how a PP supporter would deal with it. I would think any mention of a live baby, beating heart, brain removal would be toxic to PP. Pointing out that the video doesn’t show the baby in question, only a technician talking about it wouldn’t seem to help their cause, but I am sure they can twist it to meet their ends.
Dude, public opinion on you is running 6-1 against or more....and since your entire premise is that she will be damaged by this, the PP debate will be damaged by this - the reaction here should indicate that maybe you are hypersensitive to this detail - especially in a format that is not prone to every word uttered being 100% academically technically correct.
