Years ago, I read that China had made it illegal for Tibetans to hang pictures of the Panchen Lama in their homes. And the Tibetan people responded by hanging empty picture frames on their walls. I wonder if they’re still doing that.
The Chinese are dirty thugs.
Those Tibetans are clever and tenacious. I’m still expecting China to invade heavily and undeniably while Monseuir Weak Water Obama is president. What are the chances that our next president will be such an easy mark? The Chinese may have been impressed and inspired by Putin’s easy scoop up of Crimea.
One reason they may be still for now is because of all the security hacking the Chinese are now believed to have done, and continue to do to American data systems.
Not that Obama cares, but many awakened Americans do.
The Chinese may fear economic sanctions or a tariff war egged on by Congress.
I’m glad they told us he is alive and well.
I believe every word they said.
; )
Norbu Dunzhub is Tibetan for Benedict Arnold.
still hold true
I could really care less about the Dalai Lama. He’s China’s problem and I find it embarrassing to see American officials pander to him year-after-year.
Yeah- the Dalai Lama was allowed to come thru the front door of the Whitehouse while Obama made Bebi come through the back-door and wait to be seen while the Obama’s ate their dinner.
Big-hittler, the Lama...
My mistake in memory- thanks for correction.
He may have come in the front door on another occasion, maybe even that time, but he left by the back past the trash. Personally I’d rather spend time with a bag of garbage than with 0bama.
