Back in April, a study of the fiscal implications of illegal immigration made the notable finding that millions of undocumented workers were paying billions of dollars in state and local taxes and that considerably more revenue might be generated if President Obama succeeded in protecting many of them from deportation.

"As controversy over immigration policy rages, with GOP presidential frontrunner Donald Trump denouncing illegal immigrants as rapists and domestic job killers, a new study issued Wednesday by a group that favors tighter controls on immigration concludes that immigrants may be freeloaders after all.
The report by the conservative Center for Immigration Studies found that households headed by immigrants both legal and illegal use welfare programs at a rate significantly higher than households headed by native-born Americans.
Fifty-one percent of households headed by immigrants reported using at least one welfare program during 2012, based on the latest available data provided by the Census Bureaus Survey of Income and Program Participation. That compares with just 30 percent of so-called native households that avail themselves of welfare programs, according to the report."

Is a frogs ass water tight?
You'd have to go to Paris to find out. My guess is no.
With nearly 100 million employable Americans out of work and out of the job market it only makes sense that 25 million illegals are taking jobs from citizens.
Cato: “One problem he cites is that the study counts households instead of individuals” Actually, this is going to make it worse, even worse when you factor in Anchor babies
It is not enlightening to statistically compare the welfare use rates of rich immigrants and Americans like Elon Musk or Bill Gates to poorer immigrants and Americans as the CIS report does. ah, that’s two people, we are talking 1% of the US Population, it isn’t going to skew the numbers in a statistically significant way.
If the economy finally goes belly up for good, let’s see how liberals react to even more illegals in this country taking their blue-collar jobs.
They don’t care about preserving the culture, but I bet they care about their homes and stomachs being full.
What’s happening with this southern invasion of the entire northern hemisphere is by design.
They use the incorrect number of illegals to start.
No one is a reform candidate unless they plan to cut off the free stuff for illegals spigot.
We have brought in 35 million LEGAL PERMANENT immigrants since 1990. Legal immigration is a bigger problem.
Yes, for every 100 jobs acquired by illegals, 65 Americans are displaced.
This displacement raises the number of Americans on social welfare programs...so the comparison is not simply illegals to Americans on social welfare programs, but what percentage of Americans are on social welfare programs as a direct result of illegals displacing them in the workforce.
You’ll notice in ALL of the studies that try to insinuate that illegals really have little or no greater impact than citizens, very conveniently ignore the economic impact of the illegals impose on the minority citizens in this nation and these are the very ones mostly impacted and mostly forced into social welfare programs as a direct result of being displaced by illegals.
Yet it is these same idiots who will vote for a president who will increase the flow of these illegals into the USA. Stupid is as stupid does, I guess.
Big time!
