By bringing up an out of context quote about and old TV show like she did to start the debate, she showed herself to be part of the leftist George Stephanopolous school of GOP debate moderation. Ms. Good Journalism better belongs on MSNBC, where she’d be amongst her own kind. This whole thing makes one sad. I wonder if debate II will be any better. Seems the so-called ‘conservative moderator’ in the next debate is playing too cute by half (Hewitt) by having guest after guest slam Trump, and protesting that he can’t comment because he is moderating the next debate and has to remain ‘NEUTRAL’
Hewitt is a self absorbed insider wannabe. He is so impressed with himself and his law degree, that he thinks references to Cleveland/Ohio sports and the “fetching Ms Hewitt” (is she a dog?) are “entertaining” for his “main street” audience. I find very little of value or originality in his show.
