Victor Aureliano Martinez Ramirez, an illegal alien who allegedly broke into 64-year-old Marilyn Phariss home, raped her and savagely beat her with a hammer, had been arrested four times by Santa Maria police in California and was on probation at the time of his arrest.
Police say Ramirez broke into Phariss home on July 24, raped her and beat her with a claw hammer, leaving her for dead before trying to break into another home.
Pharis died eight days later. Ramirez may face additional charges for murder after an autopsy is conducted.
Police say they dont care that Ramirez is an illegal alien, who rather than being detained and deported, was free to rampage through the neighborhood.
We have a citizen that lost her life, its serious, when you look at it, we dont care what the circumstances were, were going to do what we need to do to get our facts and bring this individual to justice. If there are extenuating circumstances that arise as a result of that, that hes an undocumented immigrant, then we will let the proper authorities address those issues when they present themselves, Santa Maria Police Department Commander Kendall Greene said.
Had he been deported, of course, Pharis would still be alive. Santa Maria police arrested Ramirez four times in the past two years, most recently in May 2014. He was on probation when he allegedly raped and beat Pharis in the dead of night.

Someone’s doing the raping!
It’s okay if they rape and murder us because racism.
Doing the raping and hammer beatings Americans won’t do.
Can we apply disparate impact?
Nonwhites live in less safe neighborhoods and have higher rates of victimization.
Therefore, if this lady was white, she’s just a statistic to our government... an equalizing statistic.
That’s sarcasm on my part, but also the way I believe our government looks at things.
And the police don’t care if he is an illegal alien.
We don’t care he’s illegal, sounds to me like Santa Maria is another sanctuary city, THEY DON’T CARE!!!!
Pity he was arrested. I’d have liked to see him lynched by vigilantes instead. A few South African necklaces might dissuade these scum.
Wanna bet his victim would have had a different opinion?
Hey, Santa Maria Police Department Commander Kendall Greene, you ahole, Ramirez is NOT an undocument immigrant,
he is an illegal alien, you pathetic fool.
I lived in the Santa Ynez Valley, not far from Santa Maria, for a year in the early 1990’s. At the time, the white mayor of Santa Maria got in trouble for saying that Santa Maria has “a Mexican problem.”
He was right!
He got tired of hammering nails.. got hammered .. and waa laaa.
Illegals murder 12 Americans every day or 4380 Americans murdered per year by illegals. the news media ignores these horrible murders
While King reports 12 Americans are murdered daily by illegal aliens, he says 13 are killed by drunk illegal alien drivers for another annual death toll of 4,745.

Rusty, I posted this story earlier this morning, having heard it on my local radio station in Tucson.
Here is more information, including that there were two men who did this to her, a cousin, and he was already in county for another offense.

“Ramirez had been arrested four times in the past by SMPD for minor crimes, most recently in May of 2014, Martin said. At the time of his arrest, he was on probation, which he is charged with violating.”
How many prior arrests does it take to deport and illegal?
I wonder if there is a tabulation of all the crimes committed by illegals.
Ted Cruz cross examined that woman from ICE and she did not even know how many had come in that year (IIRC) or just the day before.
In Tucson, the radio reports deaths caused by drunk drivers, and give the Hispanic names, but omit mentioning if they are illegals.
I did a search. Thanks for the additional info.
It may come to that if something is not done.
You are welcome.
Beautiful country, though.
