Massive writer’s block on my end.
Ideas, but always at the wrong time and they don’t fit anywhere into the tales.

That’s where the creativity comes in get an idea and write it down, sometime you can build a story around that idea.

So you could try dictating it into a recorder. That doesn't work for me.

So what I do is just let the revery roll. It slowly accrues, until I have acquired a bit of structure to the story.

Then when I sit down to put in "on paper", all I have to do is put the links and remembered situations together. It isn't as tedious as it seems, because the act of typing it up gives you the chance to reflect on it and compose it the way you want it to be.

Characters take on their own personalities, and pretty soon the story starts telling itself.

I cannot relate the mental image of me dictating into a recorder interspersed with my running commentary on the drivers around me.

It shrinks to a reasonable length once you bleep out all the *expletive deleted* remarks.

That could become one of your stories there your running commentary of the other drivers on the road and your thought about the, you can make it humorous while making it thought provoking.

I get too many people around here who seem to think it’s a video game. Twice today people zipped out of the fast lane into the slow lane to pass a car on the right and then get back into the fast lane.

Usually this kind of activity is immediately followed by everybody coming to a stop at the next traffic signal.

Idiots.

Yesterday; right turn from the left turn lane.

Drivers here are so weird, no one even honked a horn.

Had an all wheel drive pass me in the snow, pull in front of me, then go off the road to the right before crossing the road behind me to head off on a magical adventure in the median.

I mean when I think of DT I think of casinos, the Trump Towers, putting one’s foot in ones mouth and someone who’s been married more times than Henry VIII! Do we really want THAT in the White House?
