Disturbing facts continue to emerge surrounding the alleged murder of a four year-old child who reportedly died at the hands of an 11 year-old child. The Daily Mail reports on the disturbing past:
An 11-year-old boy who allegedly strangled a four-year-old boy had a history of disturbing behavior including choking another child and carrying around dead farm animals.
The older boy’s violent outbursts are detailed in an arrest warrant which shows a horrific catalog of abuse meted out by him to other kids.
His latest alleged victim, four-year-old Braydan Anthony Trahern, died at 12:40pm Tuesday at Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Florida – a day after being attacked.
Under police questioning, the 11-year-old reportedly said he’d been angry because his mom told him they couldn’t afford presents or a party for his birthday.
According to the medical examiner, Trahern, who lived in of Palatka, north Florida, was the victim of a homicide – and the cause of death was strangulation by the older child.
Earlier in the week, the 11-year-old was charged with aggravated battery resulting in great bodily harm. Those charges could now be upgraded to murder.
According to Putnam County police, the two boys lived together with their mothers, who are a couple, in a mobile home.
The Mom of the 11-year-old has been named as Vanessa Jones and the dead boy’s mom has been named as Kyra Trahern, according to The Florida Times Union.
At around 4am Monday, a male friend staying at the home was awakened by the older boy and found the younger child slumped over, unresponsive, with blood coming out of his mouth.
The man called 911 and Jones, the 11-year-old’s mother tried to revive the four-year-old.
When Putnam County sheriff’s deputies arrived at the home on Westover Drive they found 12 people, six adults and six minors, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
They saw ‘some suspicious bruises’ on the four-year-old’s neck. He was rushed to a Gainesville hospital about 45 miles away and pronounced dead around midday Tuesday.
A detective photographed the child’s body and ‘noted several factors consistent with strangulation’.
On Monday, the older boy was taken to a juvenile detention facility and charged with aggravated battery resulting in great bodily harm.
Investigators didn’t immediately have a motive for the attack. But disturbing details have emerged about the 11-year-old, with the child’s mother reportedly telling investigators that she had had trouble with him for years.
An arrest warrant details how, during one incident, he choked another child until he turned blue in the face. His mom was able to stop him that time, she said.
She added that when he was three or four years old, he set his crib on fire, which caused the house they were living in to burn to the ground.
He also had a fascination with dead animals and dug them up, cut off their limbs and carried them around.
His mother told investigators that her son had a lot of anger issues and is on medication.
There were also several instances in which the 11-year-old was accused of ‘sexually deviant behaviors’ as a victim and as a perpetrator..
From December 2014 to June 2015, he went to a juvenile sexual treatment facility in Miami, but after he returned home, his mom said he behaved for the first couple of weeks then became angry again.
She added that her son and the boy he allegedly killed did not get on and would often get into verbal and physical confrontations.
The 11-year-old said he had been upset when he learned his mom was broke and could not get him presents for his birthday. He continued to be upset when he was playing with Trahern that night.
Using a mannequin to show what he’d done to Trahern he demonstrated how he placed his hands around Trahern’s neck and ‘squeezed and shook him because he was in his ‘mood’.’
The boy also showed how he shoved his knee into Trahern’s stomach while they were ‘playing’.
When he was asked if he knew what happens when someone is choked, he said ‘it makes it hard for someone to breathe’.
As he continued to demonstrate what he’d done he said he ‘wanted Braydan to come back to life’.
Florida Department of Children and Families spokesman John Harrell said: ‘We just started our investigation.
‘We’re nowhere near determining whether abuse or neglect by the caregivers led to death of this child.’
This is a horrific story. Please pray for the family of the little boy who had his future robbed from him.

The ‘suspect’ was on psych meds for anger issues, too. I seriously worry about that stuff in kids.
Either that or severe mental illness that should land him in an institution for the rest of his life.

With skills and a lack of conscience, this boy’s future is actually bright. Planned Parenthood hires people like him who show no mercy to innocent human life.
There’s always the problem of assuming a causal relationship instead of simply a correlative relationship.
Those who have mental problems are more likely to do something egregious,
AND they are most likely to be on pysch meds.
I wouldn’t want to participate in this, but,
you’d need an experiment where a mentally healthy set of people were on the pysch meds to see if they were more likely to do deeds such as these,
AND you’d need a set of mentally ill that weren’t on the meds.
Basically, you’d need 4 combinations of groups, with the control group being non-ill, non-medicated.
If it hasn’t already happened, look for a movement that tries to push the idea of a homo “family” being superior to a normal family.
The child didn’t have anger issues. He is a Sociopath with no empathy for others. He is an 11 year old serial killer. Regardless of ones position on the Lesbian relationship, it had nothing to do with this bad seed. He would have been like that in an ideal family.
True, my comment was unscientific, but to my knowledge, most or all of the high profile kids doing terrible things with guns cases have involved psych meds. I have someone in my family, a young child that is on that stuff. Poor kid is a zombie. He wasn’t before he started being fed that stuff. I can think of better explanations for his acting out than needing psychiatric medication.
I don’t remember having big incidents like those or psych meds for children back in the day.
I think that this bears looking into by a truly independent body that is outside of the influence of anybody with a stake in the issue.

There’s so much fail going on here it’s hard to find a place to start.
Psych meds don’t make a dent in a person who is a psychopath.
