I have friends in the Cuyahoga Valley Park management. Rangers. They told me there were no Copperheads in North Ohio. I took one of them to an abandoned well head. There were 5 Copperheads in it. They were stunned!

Did they notify the snakes in writing that they don’t exist in Northern Ohio?

They told me there were no Copperheads in North Ohio. That is similar to soviet Red Hampshire...authorities say there are NO mountain lions here, even though one has been spotted on several occasions over the past couple of months.
