Large white birds indeed.
when we look at the lack of sharp focus on the towers...and compare the focus of the white “spots”...they match fairly well.
Im thinking an early cell phone video...like 1999 or so...

too big for swans at that distance, but I do love the synchronized flying.
Saw cranes flying together a couple of years ago over spfld mo. The most beautiful sight. They were doing loops and dives all in slow motion. Had a super crappy point and shoot camera with only 30 seconds of video at a time. oh well.

Why are they always grainy, low quality photos?
++++
Because you have to zoom your hand held video cam to the max to make a swarm of birds look like a fleet of UFOs.

Egrets at a great distance through a crummy lens maybe...swans
Ive done a lot of purposefull looking at stuff through and unfocused lens as a continuting experiment before focusing to landscape photographs. It aids in seeing the masses of indiviudal “tones” and refine the composition of a prospective photograph
Its also a great way to get used to seeing what stuff looks like when its not in focus

Before their battles, Godzilla banged Mothra in the 1960’s, (Not shown in the movies), the eggs just hatched after 50 years, and here are their kiddies flyin’ around, getting ready to evade Jap anti-aircraft fire.......

Hello? Hello? Can you assist me Earthling? My saucer landed near a brightly lit building at 0200 your time. There were a dozen guards out front. My commander went up to one of them. This guard was made of metal and glass, probably a robot, and had a device for insertion of a card, for programming we supposed, and it had a digital numeric readout showing quantities of liquid dispensed and some sort of monetary tracking function. My commander attempted to interrogate him but all we heard was the command, "Pay inside". So my commander produced his phased burst ray gun and threatened him--I immediately advised him to reconsider! But after more silence, the commander shot him ..... The resulting explosion lifted my commander, who was standing right next to this thing, and replaced the largest piece of him about 30 meters away and it blew one of my rear appendages completely off, as you can see. My concern, which proved to be well founded, was that I believed it poor practice to confront anything that can hang its cock in its ear. You are a patient race for listening to my tale of woe.

The way the brightness of a couple of the dots changes when they move behind the chimney - which has sharp edges - indicates that they are very bright objects that are a long way away, many miles. That's what I think.
Though they might be holographs of some sort, Hard to tell on film.
