Without regard to personal preferences for GOP presidential candidate, I'm curious as to what everyone thinks is going to happen with Trump. Here's my unofficial, and uninspired, poll.
Will Trump:
A. Stay in and win the GOP nomination
B. Stay in and lose the GOP nomination
C. Drop out and run as an independent
D. Drop out and give up his bid
I'll tally up and post the results in a couple of days if there's any interest.
It depends on the definition of lose. I want to believe in him but I’ve been a follower of his since reading his book Art of the Deal back in the 80’s.If he gets the nomination I’ll be convinced he is for real.
The ONLY WAY the Republicans will win is with Trump.
If Trump goes third party, then 100% Republicans lose White House.
Think about that...
If Cruz did get the nomination, the GOPElites would force Bush or a similar ‘moderate’ on him as the VP. He would have to accept that to get their support. Shades of the Reagan-Bush ticket.
Cruz is the preferred by the conservatives, but nearly every poll shows him at around 5% or less. Either those polls are totally fallacious or Cruz is just not resonating with the general population.
I still do not understand how Carson is showing up in 4th or 5th place, usually ahead of Cruz.
I am sure that since the threats of El Chapo, he has beefed up security. Watch the guys behind him at the Laredo presser. They have vetted everyone in the room and are scanning the audience in real time. There's is no movement that will escape them.
And in Iowa Saturday, you can be sure he had folks all over the room.
Trump's a deal maker and now that he's invested time and money into this campaign, he won't quit unless and until he flames out. Because of his colloquial style of speaking, people underestimate him.
He very smart. And he's one tough mofo.
Mark Cuban doesn’t think Trump is going anywhere. He is asset rich and cash poor.
I hope you’re right. Win or lose it would be a sad day if the PTBs decided Don will spoil the party.
D, for the same reasons as yours.
Anyone that says they know now what will happen...doesn’t.
In November Trump will withdraw and hand his supporters over to Cruz.
In the meantime, he is going to just have fun carpet-bombing the DC cartel.
The real question is not who, but is what is anyone going to do about all the illegals here?
I don’t think that anyone(our evil leaders) is going to deport all these people farmed in here. That is why the government farmed them all here. To stay.
The only difference it will make as to handling all these people will be who is willing to cut their entitlements, deport the criminals etc, and how many would self deport if the gravy boat stops.
The US has been totally destroyed by this invasion. An invasion planned and created by the ruling class. This was not crafted just for votes or cheap labor. It was crafted to ruin the sovereignty and nationalism of the US. In other words, the US is no longer, our country. We have been invaded and brought down.
I would really like to believe a change at the top could fix this, but I no longer think that is going to work.
Won’t be fixed by elections.
Put this poll up after the debate in August.
He probably has better security than Obama...certainly better paid, armed, and disciplined.;-)
That only applies to people like us.
When you have billions of dollars of assets (read collateral), a simple call to the bank can get you all the cash you need.
And keep in mind that Trump's income is over $300 million a year.
Exactly. It happened to me and many of my friends.
D
My money is on Mark Cuban. He has more honest information about Trump’s situation than we do.
Maybe, but there should not be a problem asking people to vet their candidates...especially people like Trump.
The depth to which some on FR have sold out for Trump is staggering...that is just my opinion though.
However, I would encourage you to fight for your candidate. We need the best we can get to beat Hillary and the RINO’s
Sununu on FoxNews predicts Trump will be out by September.
Of course, according to the newsies and GOPElites and other prez wannabes, Trump was out Friday a week ago.
