I really do not understand whey people are corrected for posting duplicate threads.
If there are 2 or more that are posted so close in time that they will appear on the Forum page at the same time, it makes sense to kill the duplicate thread.
But I am sure my position is not unique in that I am not constantly logged on to FR, so I may not catch a story unless it is posted again at some later time.
Perhaps I just don’t know enough about how these things work....
I agree, many’s the time I’d have missed a thread if I hadn’t happened to see the duplicate one. I’ve never gotten why some make such a big deal about it.

I truly wasn’t seeking to throw bricks and be a prick! I have heard cries in the past about “conserve bandwidth!!!”
I share experiences with those of you who have mentioned benefitting from seeing a repost.
