Allred says she is sending Cosby a notice today, demanding to take his depo in the next 30 days, and making it clear it will all be videotaped.
She also says if Cosby refuses to sit for the depo in the next month, she'll ask a judge to hold him in contempt.
Cosby's got a problem ... he can't take the 5th because the statute of limitations has run out on all possible criminal prosecutions. So for Allred, it's open season.

Bill Cosby was so famous back in the day, and appeared to be a mentor and friend to black entertainers starting out in the business. His image was squeaky clean. Why wouldn’t she have trusted him?
Well, she was a young, good-looking girl trying to make it in showbiz; I’m sure she was familiar with the casting couch. By telling her to bring her daughter with her for the first visit, Cosby was probably trying to give her the impression that he was safe and not interested in making a move on her.

The problem with people like Cosby is that people tend to assume that his squeaky clean on-screen persona carries over into his personal life.
Clearly, in his case, that wasn’t even close to being true.
But his “woman problem” doesn’t surprise me at all, years ago (and before it became public knowledge), I found out that his most famous/successful book “Fatherhood” was actually written by a ghostwriter, and he wasn’t honest enough to credit the other guy’s contribution on the cover.
The ghostwriter, Ralph Schoenstein, had worked for National Lampoon, and was the prototype for the character “Boon” in the Animal House movie.
