Move over cows, some new ice cream is being made from horse and camel milk.

The creators say horse milk ice cream has a distinctive sour taste while the one from camel's milk is a bit like vanilla.

Maybe it depends if the ice cream is Philly or NY style? The latter being a cooked custard.
