Newton, New Jersey (My9NJ) - In Newton, New Jersey, young men allegedly got a little more than what they asked for when they were pulled over for traffic offenses by an officer.
Officer Jason Miller, a patrolman for 14 years, was suspended by Newton Police without pay and turned himself in to the Sussex County Prosecutor's Office last week.
Miller allegedly unzipped his pants and exposed himself during a number of traffic stops.
The acts were caught on police dashcam video.
On Monday, Miller appeared in Sussex County Superior Court and pleaded guilty to tampering with evidence.
He also was charged with two counts of official misconduct, one count of a pattern of official misconduct, and one count of lewdness.

I’d be worried about that ‘outreach’ to be sure.
The guy has been a cop for 14 years. I wonder if this has been going on a decade or more?
Why didnt he get reported on the first or second one?
Not a rocket scientist.
I see that the article has been updated so that it is no longer clear that he was exposing himself to young men.
I was incorrect - still there in first sentence.
Does this genius somehow not know he’s on camera?
Kid said “Oh, no! Not ANOTHER Breathalyzer test.”
Is that your nightstick, officer, or are you just happy to see me?
Rule One: No Poofters!
Some years ago while running into one to relieve pressure I came in on two of them (members of a certain strong Dem constituency) engaged in abnormal rest stop activity. That's an image that will stick in your mind forever no matter how much mind bleach you use to wipe it out.
“.........this must just be an alternative life style”........
That explains it very nicely. The LGBT should be very please to know they too are represented in all walks of life, including the police.
what is it about NJ?
nj: state losing the most residents in whole country
During the early ‘90s, I went to school and worked with quite a few cops. Several of them accused others of being “homophobic” in several instances.
The school mentioned was a police academy, BTW. Homo-activists do aim their folks at certain lines of work and positions. The medical rackets are stuffed with them.
